I bought an r134a adapter that was defective. I was given a refund and mentioned how the adapter leaked probably half the can. The manager made things right by giving me another can of refrigerant. This made my day. Their customer service is great. If I need something with a lifetime warranty I go to Napa! 👍

Went in to purchase breaks and was serviced By Brian. Amazing customer service and multitasking skills. It was not packed,but i think he could have used some help with them phones. Great service. Lots of parts for my"roadchild"

I don't know if the representative that I asked for help was having a bad day or what, but he seemed very irritated and annoyed. I asked for help with a plug, and his vibe was well received. He barely looked at my fitting and said, "Nah, we ain't got it!" That's OK, though, because AdvanceAuto on Friendship Rd had a really cool employee named Chris, who took his time and helped me find exactly what I needed. Thanks NAPA...For nothing!
