Great staff and know all the secrets for finding parts

Part ordered to come in the next day didn't show. So came back the following day and again part did not show. On the third day, Saturday, we contacted dispatch and were told the part was coming from Portland but wouldn't arrive until Monday because of the previous Monday being a holiday and no deliveries on Sunday. Then the gal looks and says they have the part in North Bend or Woodinville but they close soon. I COULD HAVE IT IN 45 MIN BUT MY CAR HAS BEEN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR 4 DAYS! AND YOU TELL ME 2 MORE!! I picked it up myself the next day and will never use Napa again if at all possible PERIOD.

They attempted to return an item that was bought at another store across the state. Did the best they could but I had to go the extra mile with the other locations to get to the end result. Some more education on how to deal with the accounts system is warranted, but otherwise they did as much as they could with their abilities. I'd still go there.

Colin is the most helpful and kind person I've encountered at ANY auto parts store! He answered a few questions, knew part numbers off the top of his head, and was generally a 5 star employee!

When I first walked in, I noticed how organized and clean store was. The friendly associate quickly located the part I was picking up for a friend. Before I knew it, I was back in my car and off to deliver the part to my friend. I would shop at this napa again ..
