NAPA Auto Parts - B&W Auto Supply

I am a diehard NAPA auto parts guy. These guys weren't interested in taking my warranty part and giving me a new one. Said that they aren't on the same system as corporate. Didn't suggest I go to a corporate store, but would be happy to sell me a new one and I could try to return mine at the store I got it from? If corporate isn't providing the jobber stores with everything the corporate stores get, there's a problem. I had to ask if there was a corporate store anywhere near. (I'm not from the area) Once I arrived there, it was the easiest swap ever, I had to wait a few hours but there was a lifetime warranty on the part, not a red cent out of pocket. This shop didn't even know what the warranty was. How is that possible?

Doesn't handle core returns if you buy something online (which you have to since they don't carry much in stock), doesn't handle warranties unless you buy it directly from there. You're expected to know the corporate structure of Napa to have the privilege of dealing them.

Most of parts are in stock. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Best recommendation

Ordered online and picked up on store. Had to pick up some extras while I was there and everything was super easy. Very knowledgeable team helped me find what I needed and made the trip great. Nice location too and easy to get into and out of. Definitely will be shopping here from now on.

The staff here went above and beyond helping me see why I might be burning so much oil and even told me what I needed to ask for at a mechanics shop. Very impressed
