NAPA Auto Parts - CAS - Farmville

I stopped into NAPA Auto Parts Farmville to purchase windshield wipers and a few other items, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted right away with a friendly hello, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. Malcolm was especially informative and made sure I got exactly the parts I needed. Great customer service and a well-run store. Highly recommend this location.

I visited the NAPA Auto Parts at 1210 3rd Street in Farmville, VA, on January 5th, 2026, to purchase batteries for my vehicle’s key fob. I was met with immediate disrespect. When I asked for assistance installing the batteries, the employee rudely stated it was "not their job." When I followed up by asking if he could at least walk me through the steps, he condescendingly told me he didn't want me to "break a nail" opening it. This level of sexism and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. Having had positive experiences with NAPA in the Western U.S., I was shocked by the lack of service here. To top it off, as I was leaving, the employee sarcastically called out "love you." I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts nearby, where I was treated with dignity and respect. I will never giv

I'm hoping to give a better rating in a few weeks once the new management is in place but for now I was not happy with my experience. First off that lady behind the counter I think her name is Jusy is rude, rolling her eyes at customers and huffing when they are the ones who made several mistakes with my order. Don't blame the customer for getting upset when your store repeatedly told us to pick up the next day and there was nothing.
