NAPA Auto Parts - Cascade Automotive Inc

I only gave three stars because I live 80 miles round trip from the store. They ordered my parts, parts came in, I went to pick up the parts and before I could get there they had sold half the parts I ordered. So I had to make another trip to pick up the parts they ordered again.

Girl working the front check out desk is rude. Only was friendly to my husband but very rude to me even though I was the one purchasing items not him. Hate going to places that are sexist and only treat males polity even though the female is the customer! Do not recommend this store until their employee 'helen" has her attitude fixed.

Tried ordering a part twice both males one named Frank, who answered treated me like I was dumb, dismissing me when requesting to place the order for the part and hanging on up on each time. Sucks as I have spent thousands at this store just to be treated poorly.

Ordered a part online at around 6pm. Was there the next morning. Was priced less than ebay and Amazon. Will use again

We are starting out on a cross country road trip, and our alternator went out in our motorhome so we stopped here to get a new one. Everyone here was so helpful! Especially Dustin, he came out twice to make sure we were all set to go after my husband switched out the alternator. We are incredibly grateful for his help.
