This NAPA Auto Parts in my neighborhood is a great local resource. It has or can advise on how to locate many of your automotive needs. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and experienced and can answer questions as professionals. Customer service lacks. Gentleman up from no greeting or words. I know it’s a cold morning but still. Told me he would call me when they come in. Didn’t hear a word until I called. Previous day call for some sockets if I can order then gentleman told me i don’t know if our truck will come in so I called the rittiman store to see if y’all were and by no thought to it the lady said yes sir like if I asked a dumb question which is great cause she knew and he didnt instead of asking. I go to Napa only for Milwaukee sockets same day if there was any other place that had them same day singles I’d go to them

Came over here today at 4:23 pm to get windshield washer fluid and price a replacement engine and they were closed. No closing early signed for Superbowl and door hours posted 5pm closing. What the hell is this? For a business this is unacceptable. I'll go elsewhere from now on to a business who works as they are posted to be open for whom doesn't waste my time.

The customer service was great By the end of my visit, I had been greeted by the cool people there (which was everyone) had a couple laughs, and was on my way. It definitely felt good to go into a place where everything was just... comfortable.

The employees here are always knowledgeable and helpful. My car's battery died at the HEB gas pumps in front of the store. Am employee came out with a jump box, jumped the car, and confirmed the battery was very dead. He quickly found a new battery and helped me install it.
