Jorge was professional and knowledgeable. I went in for a transmission fluid change and was out in 30 minutes. Jorge was great in guiding his peers on the correct way to complete the process. I will return. Price was very reasonable.
It was great. And fast. The guy talking to me explained everything I had a question about. And I appreciated that he didnt make me feel less of a person for not knowing whats needed for a car. Would recommend and go back.
If you want a place where they actually care about your vehicle, they care about customer service, and care about making the customer feel welcome…. Please go to this place. I want to shout out to Anthony for the best customer service that I have gotten out of Valvoline oil change. I will continue to bring my car to this location, regardless of how far I live away. Very minimal wait time, On both visits within 30 minutes of each other for each my Durango and my Ram. I had to get a lot of work done on my Durango, they were eager to get everything done in a timely manner, and apologized when they didn’t even need to because they felt it was taking too long. There were other personnel there as well that was very kind, unfortunately, I didn’t get to get their names, but they were all very pro
My first time visiting this location to get my oil change and I am very pleased and happy about my experience. George took the time to explain everything in detail and was very kind when I had any questions. Thank you guys so much! Valvoline has been my go too for a few years now and people like George make that experience more pleasant!
Great service! Quick and great price! Staff was very friendly, informative to keep car in good standing but not pushy to get you to service your car there! This showed honesty, integrity and great customer service! Will be coming back for oil changes and service when needed! Recommend this location 100%
