Went in to get a part, and the guy working was super helpful got me exactly what I needed and out the door. Price was cheaper than expected, too.

Don't know what to rate it yet, just clicked three. Hours need updated online. I just drove an hour to get here. I arrived at 4:08 to learn that it actually closes at 4:00. Google listing says open until 5:00.

Literally the worst parts store I have ever dealt with. I was 12hrs from home on a 60 hr road trip when a vehicle I was towing lost a wheel due to the studs breaking. Luckily I broke down across the street from this store, or so I thought. I called asking for a hub, no luck. Asked about wheel studs and was told they had 9 on hand. Walked over to 5 or 6 employees chatting with their friends. Took a few minutes and me speaking up to get an service. After 15 minutes I was told they didn't actually have any on hand. They also had a very limited amount of tools on hand. Worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this store at all cost!

The young workers need to look around the isles and store before saying they don't have the parts

The young man who helped me was very nice. He carried my heavy DEF containers out. He looked for the oil and coolant I needed. His friendly attitude was appreciated.
