I just got off the phone with Tom from this store location I needed four oxygen sensors OEM that no other store had and no other store offered the help and to call other stores while I was on the phone to confirm that they had the parts available Tom offered to track down the closest store that had it put it on reserve and was able to get me in at the price that I needed to get all of these parts. Outstanding service! Napa has won a customer going forward.

I very rarely write a review. But I wanted to give these guys a positive shout out. Alex helped me out today. Super helpful. Quick service. Saw a broken part I missed and saved me a bunch of money. Good people here.

Stopped in yesterday fir antifreeze, price posted $15.xx. These unscrupulous individuals said, ohhh, we forgot to change! Not my problem! My problem is they charged me $21.××. Do believe it is illegal for a business to charge a different price than what is posted. Needless to say, never again will I cross the threshold to there shady business! My $$$ will be spent at anywhere but here!

I found a pick set that I needed to add to my toolbox! Cost me less than $9! I will definitely be back to buy parts for my truck.
