I remembered why I don't go here frequently, and only come to this location for something particular: Jeff. Today (Sunday), I went to pick up an online order from this past Friday. There was another customer/buddy chatting with Jeff, so I waited patiently in line. He kept engaging with this guy instead of helping. Okay, fine. It's finally my turn and I explain that I'm there to pick up an online order. I had the email pulled up on my phone (in case I needed the order number), because I can't keep straight who can look the order up by name or not. He asks what it is for and I explain 2 quarts of oil. He immediately says "WE DON'T HAVE IT!" I say that is weird because I ordered on Friday. Jeff grumbles and goes to the back, and when he returns he says "I thought it was a different order." I

As always great quality parts, you get what you pay for...Highly recommended

old man working the front is extremely rude won’t be coming back.

This building is in an industrial Park it's not easy to find because there is no sign on the building. The only sign on the building says worldpac do not go there it is at the other end of the building. One would think a company as big as Napa would have a sign on their building like their competitor Worldpac next door.

Online ordering is a waste of time. 1.) The store employees can't look up any order from the online system 2.) They "failed" to deliver my package, on the same day that Fedex/Amazon and USPS were successfully able to without any issues 3.) The store rep basically didn't want to do anything and I had to force him to cancel the order. Insanity.
