To expensive 21 clips cost almost $30 dollars that u can get 500 off line for $7.00 will not be back ill go to autozone but only thing they got going for them is OME parts and they high too

NAPA always has the best factory parts for original replace good parts only use Napa for that reason

Lady behind front counter was amazing. Assisted me in my attempt to find something to fix a keyed spot on my car. Even tho they didn't sell the product I needed she still took the time to walk outside with me to give me her opinion and where to go to find what I needed. Great customer service

They couldn’t stay 5 mins past close, I called ahead and they wouldn’t take credit card over the phone either to pay and leave the parts outside. Guy on the phone sounded like he hated his job

I’ve always called and got what our guys have needed and paid over the phone and the guys picked it up for 5+ years! This morning I drove 45 minutes to this Napa and forgot my card, called the owner he shot me a picture of the card ( never been a problem before) but today it’s a problem! I literally just done this last week. The manager was so incompetent that he couldn’t even make an exception with me standing there and could prove the owner etc. We have spent $1000’s at this store in a week’s time but today they have lost our business. Very unprofessional to say the least for management!
