NAPA Auto Parts - Davison Auto Supply

We ordered a part two weeks ago and it was shipped no problem. So We turned around and order another one last week remind you it never said they was out of stock at all. So we are waiting and waiting for the shipping and tracking info that never came! So I reached them now they are talking about it being out of stock. Like why would you guys not put that it out of shock before taking the order for it!!!! We could've just shopped around!!!!! Just a waste of our time... Bad for buniness period!!!!

Napa Auto Parts- Davison Auto Supply always goes above and beyond for our business and many others. We greatly appreciate all the hard work they do for us, searching for parts for us, getting parts on the shelves that we use routinely and getting parts to the store as quickly as possible if they don’t have it in stock. Nate Davison is always so good to us and truly cares for his customers and not just business customers.

Got the part I needed to fix my car. I ordered on Friday got it Tuesday morning. Getting core money back from turning in the old part was great. Customer service is polite, friendly, and very helpful.

Used to be an alright store, but Nate is a hot head who goes around threatening people. Napa should be ashamed to allow him to represent the franchise. While the shipping wait sucks, I would highly recommend Rock Auto over this particular NAPA.

I want to thank Nate and his entire crew for always going above and beyond for our shop. I come in with some odd ball fleet/commercial stuff occasionally that the other stores can't help me with, and NAPA always comes through.
