NAPA Auto Parts - Day Auto Supply

Huge shoutout to Jared (Commercial Sales Manager) for the fantastic service he provided to get our Napa Prolink updated. Jared Is very knowledgeable and solved my issue in no time. Now that I have the updated version installed, on average I have 4 to 5 hrs weekly to do other task. The next day Jared called to follow up and to make sure everything was ok. He noticed that the system I was using to do my invoices and daily shop work, could use some adjustment. (nice way to say come into the 21st century of technology lol) As shop owners we sometimes think, it's working so lets stick with what we have. Not always knowing that there are systems avaiable that will help us to be more productive, increase revenue while providing the Napa Auto Care Service. Jared asked if I would be interested

Walked in with year make and model looking for particular hydraulic lines for a scissor lift. Unfortunately they are not equipped to cross reference or look that type of information up. They told me I needed to bring in the broken ones and they can make them. No worries...So I sat in their parking lot and looked up the part numbers myself and ordered through Amazon. Be here in a few days. 2 stars because they were super nice turning away business.

Tim and the other guys at this store are very helpful. Found my part when nobody else could besides the dealer. Took the extra time to make sure it was the exact part i needed. Highly recommend this store.

Mike(?) mark(?) i forget his name im sorry. But he was super helpful with my battery issues, helped test it out with a great attitude and was very informational. Will be back here.
