Fantastic service. I called on a Saturday morning looking to buy a new battery for my 94 year old MIL’s Buick. The assistant manager assured me that they would take care of her and he did. My MIL drove to the store, purchased the battery, but he could not install it, so he drove her across the street to Auto Tech and they installed it immediately. This whole transaction took under an hour. So thankful for both stores and will send friends their way. Thank you for wonderful service.

Horrible customer service, they ask you to please hold and next thing you know your waiting 20min. Then hang up and call back and they don’t even pick up the phone!!! I’ll take my money somewhere else!!

The staff is good

Customer service at this location leaves much to be desired- places on hold for a part that was ordered and had to have a family member call on another phone to be told that the part did not come in. Why?? Then the part did come in again no call and placed on hold for a long period of time. Come on guys do better. I will not be using this location for anything again
