NAPA Auto Parts

I have to Express my displeasure I experienced at this store. I visited them the week preceding Easter 2025 in my Semi Truck to address a possible battery concern due to slow crank. I had installed 24 month Napa Commercial Batteries some 15-18 months earlier. So I presumed I would have some warranty. 1 tested bad, 1 tested weak and the other two were marginal. Since this is a work truck I decided to replace all 4 based on those facts provided to me. I told the guy I didn't have original receipt and that I can provide evidence for date of purchase via electronic credit card statement. He told me I had to have original receipt and that his store only warranties batteries that they sell. Husband came in about a week ago to buy 2 rear wheel studs for a older car. They said they had to order it and it would be in the next day and they would call when it came in. They never called. Glad I went somewhere else.

order never arrived. waited over 2 weeks for it to ship to the store. had to personally request a cancellation vs napa doing it automatically.

Always have what I need. Easy returns! I forgot to mention the staff. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable!!!! Only auto parts store I will go to.
