my dad's truck battery died, and he took it to NAPA. they were super fast and friendly testing and replacing the battery. He's older and can be crabby, so the fact that he was so happy really says a lot about the employees and business. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

I bought 4 quarts of synthetic oil from Deerfield FL NAPA which I put into my car. When I came to return the used oil I was told by a sale person, in the company of two other salespeople that they don’t take used oil because they didn’t have the receptacle for it. Florida state law requires that all oil retailers must take back the same quantity of oil that was purchase at their establishment. On a busy day, I was made to go out of my way to go to another auto parts store to drop off my oil. This was both annoying and in violation of Florida law. Definitely an easy way to lose this customer!

I absolutely love NAPA in Deerfield Beach! The staff is always so helpful, friendly, and pleasant every time I visit. They go out of their way to make sure you find exactly what you need, and it makes shopping here such a great experience. Love this store!

This place is great. People know what they are doing and the parts are much higher quality than the other parts places. Jerral the assistant manager is a competant and honest employee.
