The worst customer service I have ever received, they gave me the wrong part, I took it to the mechanic shop to have it installed, it was the wrong part, I tried to return it but they did not want to receive it, I went with the best attitude to ask for the return and I received the worst deal they called me a liar even a scammer for trying to return the part they gave me, I left the part with them I don't need it thanks Napa guys.

Very helpful. Broke down near the store with a water pump failure. Called and they had the part I needed. I walked to the location. Bought my parts and they made sure I had everything I needed, even printed out a diagram of the serpentine belt to insure I put it on correctly. AND gave me a ride back to my truck. Friendly, helpful store

The service from JoAnne & Dave is great . Their knowledge and honesty on parts availability is excellent in helping me keep my business repairing and selling vehicles much easier. To get any of your Automotive needs as far as parts or accessories via vehicles he went for a way to help me with my 1956 Mercury Montclair they had to special-order a part of me and guess what it came in the next day all the way from Miami and no extra charge this is the best place to go if you ever need help they'll check your battery and charging system I guess your starter Duvall sorts of oils greases wiper blades light bulbs you name it they carry for your car just tell him what year and model and make it is prices are extremely reasonable

Really good place to go if you need anything to fix up your car. My fiancee was changing the breaks on our car and he got everything he needed from here. The breaks are more reliable than the ones you get in AutoZone.
