NAPA Auto Parts

The staff was very welcoming. I was there to replace my NAPA alternator under their warranty. I had my original receipt to make sure everything was in order on my side of things. Once everything was verified, it was only a short wait for the replacement part. While I was waiting, a staff member asked if I needed any help, which was really nice. Once my part came to the front, I checked out at the register, and the cashier was super nice and friendly. I got no hassle about my warranty and was treated well. Thank you!

PEOPLE OF COLOR BEWARE!!! It's 2025. Blatant racism cannot be tolerated. My boss, a woman of color, walked into this store this morning asking for paint matching services. Instead of a polite answer, the employee looked at her with disgust, asked if she could read, and told her it's around the back of the building. As she turned to leave, the employee said, "those people can't do anything." FOR ASKING WHERE SHE COULD GET PAINT MATCHED. Unacceptable. I implore you - go ANYWHERE else.

Best worker is Virgina M. She's so cool and honestly one of the hardest workers I've seen. She was so helpful She, friendly and really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, which I don't think is even part of her job! She made my experience wonderful. Ill continue to shop here because of her! Give her a free cup or something NAPA!

Very long hold times, takes a while for your number to called as well because most employees seem to hide in the back instead of standing at their counters.

Left me on hold for 30 min when i called back ask for a simple question and placed on hold again for another 20 min and no answer.
