I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store yesterday. I visited your location to have my car's battery checked, and the technician informed me that it was in good condition but simply needed a charge. I paid for the charge service, expecting the issue to be resolved. However, when I returned the next day to pick up my battery, I was told that the battery was actually faulty. This is puzzling, given the initial assessment that it only needed a charge. What concerns me most is that I was charged for a service that was not performed, and the lack of accountability for the time I wasted. First time purchasing here. The sales man was very helpful to and patient. He spent 20 trying to change my rusty radio antenna since the universal antenna pieces weren't a perfect fit. He spoke Spanglish I spoke English. I appreciated everything.

I had a very disappointing experience at this NAPA store. A representative named Gian refused to let me enter even though there were still a couple of minutes before closing time. I politely showed him the time and asked if I could quickly make a purchase, but he was rude and confrontational, even acting as if he wanted to start an argument. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially during business hours. I hope management addresses this situation so other customers are treated with respect.

This place is absolutely not for 53footer truck worst of all no respect for drivers time I’ve parked at the dock for 3 hours they haven’t even touched the trailer yet let alone to unload it! This kind of place is supposed to be easy to manage but it seems to be managed so poorly to the point they need the whole day to unload two freaking trucks shame on who ever is in charge!

It's been a long while since I don't want to insult someone over the counter. A white haired, middle-aged man was my cashier and he couldn't be any more of a deck. He was in a hurry, rude and angry. I barely spoke, I asked for a crush washer and he told me my car doesn't use that, but he was a deck about it, I don't know why. He scanned the items but didn't show me the prices, when I asked to see the itemized prices he told me to go see them on the Ile where I got the product from. I responded that I wanted to make sure the scanned price was the same as the price on the Ile. He got insulted.
