Ask for TONY!!!!!! 😁👍 He is the best customer service employee that you can ever possibly ask for!!!!! He doesn't rush you. He takes his time with you. He explains things to you to where it's sooo comfortable to ask more questions without feeling stupid!!!!! He will make sure that you satisfy before you leave!!! Even if they don't have the part in the store, he'll search for it and he will call you back whether they have it or not. Excellent communicator!!!!! I am "extremely satisfied" and "highl" recommend this location. If you happen to go to this particular, let Tony know he's the best!!! 😁👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I hate to leave this review but I really feel very let down! I've spent a lot of money at this location, and they never ask me If I had AAA. It turns out that NAPA Auto Parts offers a AAA discount, but apparently at this location you have to bring it up yourself. I found out about it when I made up quick purchase of oil and wiper fluid at the Cypress store. The very nice lady there made a point of asking me if I had AAA and I could see where it was applied on my receipt.

Irene was very helpful with procuring my online order; as were the parts counter members.

My go to when I need automotive parts right away. Always good deals.

Benjamin was very helpful over the phone in acquiring what I needed. The purchase transaction was seamless and enjoyable. I would recommend to a friend!
