NAPA Auto Parts - Dyna Parts LLC

I went in and stood in line, I than asked the dude at the counter if he could help me real quick to just look at my oil dip stick for me, because I can't see at all. Even with glasses. This isn't something I just wanna ignore. He than pushed me to the side, said let me help everyone else first, than I can help.. uhm, really? I had my hood open, ready to just look real quick, and I was pushed aside. I say in line, why would I be ignored? I rarely right reviews but this was to be the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Thing that sucks is its legit .1 miles from my house.

We had a failure of our motorhome while visiting the Boise area. Ordered parts at another parts store using the VIN and found they were wrong when I went to install them. Christopher at the Eagle Napa on State St came to the rescue by figuring out that our engine met the previous year's spec and the serpentine belt I needed was several inches longer than the one the computer indicated. A very knowledgeable Napa parts guy got us back on the road when others failed. Thanks Christopher!

The staff is awesome! My battery died and they were very helpful! I would recommend anyone to this NAPA store! Thank you!!

Will not be surprised if this store is gone in a few months. Terrible customer service, 2 employees Christopher assistant manager and Michael. They looked upset that a customer walked in. No greeting, not a hello and then upset to help. I guess, Auto one or Oraileys it is.
