ZERO Customer Service: Needed a product that I found I could order on Amazon for same day delivery. Decided to stop in NAPA first. 3 people behind the counter with no other customers. No greeting when I came in. I found a comparable product and then walked to the counter. No one looked up, would make eye contact or ring me up. After an awkward 90 seconds, I went back and put the product on the shelf and left. Still no one said a word. This is why Amazon wins

Staff was helpful and friendly and got what I needed. In and out no problem. Lots of street parking mid day.

Very helpful fellas got me settled with some new head light bulbs today. Thought only needed one turns out they had both gone bad! Glad we checked!
