NAPA Auto Parts - Fairfax

Came in to buy two lug nuts. I told the employee the make and model of my car, but he sold me the wrong size and an entire set of 25 when I only needed two. The wrong ones got stuck on my tires, and I had to borrow tools from the store just to remove them. The same employee spent 20 minutes grumbling while looking for a socket wrench and 19mm socket, insisting it was my fault. When I told him the correct size, suddenly there was a box of five in the back. So not only did he sell me the wrong parts, he was rude the entire time and tried to upsell me unnecessarily. What should’ve been a 15-20 minute errand. Actually took more took 1:30-1:40 because of the employees incompetence. I don’t mind honest mistakes, but this was incompetence mixed with attitude. I’ll order from Amazon next time.

I used to love this place because of their great customer service. This one guy with glasses and long hair is going to run this place out of business. No need to be rude to customers when you’re informing them. I know some other workers who are amazing and are the kindest but this one worker is like a dead fish in a tank that will kill all other fish as well. Please try some employee training on him or fire him, worst customer service I’ve seen in my whole life.

I walked in and they let me stood up front of counter 20 mins without saying a word. It was the most disrespectful experience ever and they clearly don't want the business. Most of their items were dust and the place looks like it's about to shut down.

This is the guy with long hair at in Napa ….. I was scratching a lotto ticket my bad for not looking up and greeting you but sadly I’m just a driver…. I sit at the counter cause it’s boring sitting in the back. So basically I couldn’t help you if I wanted to.

The gentlemen who work here know what they are doing and always willing to help figure out whatever automotive issue you may be having. They give honest reviews of the products they are selling, are willing to help order a part or find it at another NAPA location. Pricing here is reasonable and quality of parts is excellent.
