Absolutely horrible customer service from store level up to corporate. Buyers beware of store policies as they are NOT clearly stated. Total scam of a business, will happily take your hard earned money but refuse to refund it if something is wrong.

Failed to get me the correct master cylinder not once but twice now, made me pay shipping on all three times of trying to just get the correct part and won't refund me for the two that were incorrect, I am paying for a specific part im not donating my hard earned money to a random parts dealer that is plenty rich and don't help me anyway because if they did I'd have the correct master cylinder, manager had a nasty attitude when I tried speaking to him about my situation. Will not be going back after the next one comes in, regular workers aren't too bad they try to help but the manager gave no effort. Only got the second star because of the other employees if not for them it'd be a one star rating

I was traveling from Delaware to Michigan, my alternator went bad on my truck and I just made it to this Napa on battery alone. Mark sold me a new one and helped me with some tools and a parts cart to work off of so I could change it in their parking lot. When I was done he was busy, but noticed I needed to wash up before I left for the rest of my trip and showed me to their restroom. I haven’t seen this type of compassion and customer service in a long time. I can’t thank him enough!!!

I just called mt pleasant store and spoke to the absolute rudest person ive encountered in my entire life!!! I needed brake pads and wheel bearing for my dodge ram they had the pads in stock for $36+ and they had the wheel bearing in stock without abs for 112 bucks i said well you beat advance auto prices on the pads but you're 10 bux more on bearing but yours are in stock. I was trying to give him a compliment that for the 10 dollars difference beats waiting a week for delivery he flat out said I DON'T CARE WHERE YOU GO TO BUY THE PARTS!!! That's good because after talking to Mike i wont be coming in to napa for anything
