NAPA Auto Parts

Today I came into the NAPA store in Fayetteville, Georgia. After having to be sent on a wild goose chase because of the inadequacy of AAA’s records, I was finally sent to Napa in Fayetteville to have my AAA battery tested and swapped out, as I have been told it had a dead cell and was a bad battery by a previous AAA representative. I have gone through so much with AAA trying to get his battery replaced that when I stepped into this NAPA auto parts store, I was ready for another fight. To my surprise, the staff was so very wonderful and pleasant. The NAPA representative named Caleb was very concerned, an excellent listener, and so ready to be of assistance. He listened patiently to what I had gone through, went out to check my battery and to see if it was actually legitimate and then tested

Ordered a belt (that wasn't in stock at the local store) online and had it shipped (same day!) to the local store this morning. Picked it up nice and easy that afternoon.

Purchased a part for SAME DAY PICKUP and it was not ready until the next day. Put me behind schedule to repair my car. Part was correct and of good quality.

Very uninviting establishment. Walked in, said hello twice, did a spin and walked out. That’s when buddy with the beard at the front counter who stared at me from the moment I walked in finally asked me if I needed help. Hate to even be this person, but I couldn’t tell if it was because Im brown, because I’m a woman, because I’m young, or because I’m a young brown skin woman. Seems as though the customers that were in there that were total opposites of me, got great service. Maybe a 1 minute first experience total but will be my last

Mr Keith and his team are extremely helpful and friendly. They got my vehicle (2014 Buick Enclave) back up and running after it overheated on me. Turned out to be more than one issue, plus the water pump. Keith was also more than fair with the cost.
