NAPA Auto Parts

Im not giving names but unfortunately I had a bad experience to return a brake pad that I opened from the box and noticed that the brake pads have been used. I told them about the issue and they ended up saying “l always open the box for my customers to see” I don’t recall them opening the box for me. They only asked for my Car plates to see if they match which they did. I always buy my car parts here for oil Ect. I appreciate that they kept their cool I wasn’t rude or anything i don’t like talking in a rude tone. But they were ready to argue with me Note that was being friendly about my issue. Plus they confused me with a different customer maybe they had an issue with. I was okay paying for a new set of brake pads but they exchanged them in a rude polite way. I also noticed that the new

Manager seemed to want to do everything she could to not warranty my item, asking me many verification questions of who i am, after finally jumping through many hoops they finally accepted it just to make me wait, no communication that they had the item, and icing on the cake they gave me the wrong item, wont ever go here again terrible place, they've lost a customer, ill make sure to go to oriellys who just take your phone number and call it good.

Great service had what I needed

I recently went to purchase an auto part that they did not have in stock. But because of their warehouse was just miles away they were able to get my part within a few hours after I requested it. On a Saturday I did not have to wait until Monday to get my part. A very professional and well-educated and polite personal staff can be found at this location. I'll be back for sure.
