NAPA Auto Parts - Fredericksburg

Hands down some of the best customer service I have had in ages. Called for a part and they were friendly and helpful. Went to the store to talk to them and they couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for despite it showing in stock. I left headed to run another errand and my phone rang. The associate had taken the time to find the part, look up my prior call, and call to let me know they were holding it out for me. They had no obligation to continue looking because I was already gone, but they went above and beyond. Super friendly and great attitudes. I’ll be back for all my needs. PLUS they were cheaper than anyone else in town!! Huge kudos and thanks.

There’s a man that works there by the name of Mark. He has incredible customer service, very patient very respectful, as well as understanding . I placed the online order and he was more than helpful. I will most definitely recommend this auto parts store to anyone.
