My young daughter had to drive back to college over Vail pass and needed a headlight replaced. Forest literally went above and beyond to help get the correct halogen lamp and provide his expertise service and extreme professionalism to ensure her safety. He also was able to provide suggestions that will prompt me to continue being a loyal Napa Auto Parts customer! Additionally, Forest was kind, patient, and has a great sense of humor. Needed a new battery. Kevin was very helpful allowing me to use a long socket wrench as I didn’t have one. Also I was very appreciative for Kevin to lift out the old battery and place in the new as they are much heavier then older batteries.
