Valvoline Instant Oil Change

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. During the initial stage of my oil change, they marked off my Oil Pan Plug & Casket as "Checked- OK" meaning that it is properly functioning. Through the process of my oil change and hearing several calls for help from under my car, I was informed my oil pan needs to be replaced fully which is at minimum a $500 repair and that the last mechanic not them, stripped my oil pan threads. For those of you who do not know if threads are stripped, there is not a good seal and oil will leak from the plug. While my car does have a minor oil leak in the engine it has never had a leak from the oil pan until after they worked on my car. Hello. I went to Valvoline service center in Frisco Colorado to receive an oil change. This was a multiple trip/time venue. I did receive the oil change. When I was questioned by the CSR before service as to any other concerns that I may have for the visit. I responded about checking air filter and low tire pressure on all 4 tires based on my computer display within the console. Well I did have the air filter examined and when it was time to turn the vehicle on to check for oil leaks I looked at the console again for tire pressure and it was the same. LOW. Speaking with the CSR asking for confirmation of a fill on tires he responded "yes we filled to a 35psi pressure". I did not see either the CSR or TOPSIDE bend over for tire check at any of the 4 locations on the vehicle. Always saw th

Oil change 8/9/2025 on 2019 in Frisco,CO. The skid plate/shield was not replaced correctly and came loose dragging on the road. We are traveling staying in Leadville driving to Frisco for the oil change. Employees were very courteous but this is a huge oversight. I now have to get this repaired before start our drive back to Texas. I wrote the corporate office to complain. It’s Sunday so not sure how we will get this fixed to even drive the car.

Beware. I took my wife’s 2017 Honda CRV Touring AWD to Valvoline. The vehicle is her daily driver to work. She works for Grand County. She drives approximately 60-70 miles a day. And she currently owes $21k on this vehicle. We have been using Valvoline for all of our oil change services since moving to the area. I own a Powersports Rental company in Silverthorne. Previously I owned a Car dealership and Towing company. So I have over 30 years experience in the automotive and racing industry. As well as mechanical experience in all areas. The service was quick and efficient. Over a very friendly team. My favorite part was not having to get out of my car during the service. My dog was with me and was worried. Thankfully I got to stay nice and warm in my vehicle.
