One of the best auto parts store encounters I've had. Me and my family were headed down to Vegas for Thanksgiving from gardnerville and we made it just past the lake before our car started having electrical problems. Limped it to this napa expecting to have to pay a lot but to my surprise Jared was there and was extremely happy to help. Tested the battery and alternator came up with ideas and we both figured out the problem. He brought his tools and helped fix my problem and got us back on the road without any other hiccups. Im so thankful for this napa and especially Jared being incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 customer service and 100 percent recommend this napa.

OMG. I came in with the little first generation Toyota MR2. While traveling from Oregon to Utah I fried my alternator. Tina says they didn't have my part. But make calls to surrounding cities to search for my part. She found one in Fallon an hour away. Coming from the family with the big heart her father who is in his late eighties maybe 90s drove me there and back I tried to force money on him and he refused. Knowing that I needed the money to continue my travels. I made it safe thanks the Napa's above and Beyond quality service. No doubt about it I would have made it without their help. My family got stuck in Hawthorne, NV. We were at the 76 station in our RV. We thought we had suspension problems with the airbags. We had 4 phones going all day trying to find someone to help us. We were not able to get anyone from Vegas to Reno to come. The only guy who said he might be able to said he couldn't get to us for a week. My brother is on dialysis and mom on oxygen. This wasn't gonna work! As a last ditch effort I called this Napa Store. Pete answered and said let me come take a look. After crawling under the RV and deserning nothing seemed to be wrong with the suspension. He said, "let me go get soap and water to see if we can detect a leak in the hoses".
