I went in for a flat repair, found out that the last tire place that rotated my tires did not change the pressures when moving tires from back to front and did not address the new tire locations for the truck computer. The guys at Southern Tire Mart not only fixed my flat and did all the work that the other guy was paid to do, but they refused payment! I would definitely buy tires from these guys and will do so next time. Highly recommend
We got a flat tire on the side of the highway, about 20 miles past Hawthorne on a road trip from Arizona to Oregon. We were frazzled with cranky kids in the car and no service to speak of. We managed to figure out how to put on a donut for the first time so yay us!😅 We drove back to Hawthorne and without a call or appointment, Cameron at Southern Tire Mart helped us out big time! I’m pretty sure we walked in during what should be a lunch break but he still took care of us. He not only repaired, mounted and balanced the tire for us, he didn’t charge us a dime! Thank you, Cameron!!! I’ve never posted a Google review before but I made sure to do it today before leaving your parking lot. Your kindness was so very much appreciated and I hope your boss gives you a raise when he sees this review!
This place fixed a flat and ordered me a new set of off road tires for my Dodge Ram. They are on point with communication. The woman that runs the shop knows how to properly answer questions. The men that work in the shop are fast and hardworking men. I would much rather give this shop my money than a corporate shop. If you need new tires, I highly recommend this place.
Not open on weekends. I was driving through Hawthorne on my way to my mom's house and got a flat tire. I wanted to immediately replace it but I can't because the only tire shop in Hawthorne isn't open.
