NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company

Irvin was a life saver. This was my first time coming to NAPA. A friend had replaced my battery when it died and I had no clue what I was going to get when I walked in. Irvin took care of me and made me feel very welcome. I'll be using NAPA for my car needs going forward. 5-stars all the way around.

Chris is amazing and really helped me out when I needed it. Phenomenal customer service. Will be sticking to NAPA on Lamar from now on.

I witnessed yesterday the manager of the store yelling at an employee and cursing profanities while my husband and I were picking up parts in their store for his business. We will never recommend NAPA for parts again for our customers or colleagues if that is how staff is treated and nothing is being done about it. This location specifically always has issues with attitude in general when we go for a quick run of parts. Hugely disappointing.

They are very helpful here sometimes prices can be higher than others. But do appreciate them many times they have products others don't.

Waited on hold for 30 min, finally answered and the csr couldn’t figure out how to use the computer to view other store’s inventory. Waste of time, 🗑️ no help at all. Ludicrous, lol that’s the sorriest Napa I’ve ever heard of. Threw their number in the trash . Unprofessional.
