they do not respect the schedules. supposedly on Saturdays they are open until 5pm but it is not true. When you get to the store you find a sign that says until 4pm but not even that is true, I was here at 3:50 and they were already closed. disappointing

The moment I walked in the store I instantly felt the sense of unwelcome. The employee behind the desk almost didn't want to talk to me. I had to ask him twice for help, he just pretend he didn't hear me. His face expression was very unwelcome. As I was walking out with my son, he looked at me and said yeah I felt that too. It was such an awkward feeling. The man didn't want to talk to us. We were the only customer in the store at the time. Keep in mind we're from out of state, he dosen't know us. We were just passing through. It was my first time in that store. We went up the block to another auto store, the atmosphere was very present and welcoming. What a difference. Brand new battery didn't last 2 years. Refuse to replace it under warranty or give me any kind of brake on a new one. It's a sad day when Walmart has battery's of better quality and price than a once highly regarded Merchant.
