Husband went in Saturday 6-15-2024, approx 10:30 ish to see if they had a specific part. . Response from employee was “not today, wouldn’t know where to start looking” Then when husband ask if employee could suggest where he could try, employee said “try the HARDWARE store”. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Husband found CARQUEST quickly checked and responded they had it.

Helpful staff that lended me a hand in a bad situation. Would have been stranded without their knowledge of the parts stores in the area and response. I appreciate them. Highly recommend.

So its a Sunday, cold, rainy and miserable. Headed outside to start our Suburban to leave to go home and battery dead as a door nail. Had no way to get to the store as we only had 1 vehicle. friends and family gone for the week. Tried my battery jump box- nothing! Stranded, in the cold on top of the Mountain. Called Napa and spoke to Bill and Derrick. Despite getting ready to close, these guys listened to our dilemma, cared and saved our hind parts! Brought us a battery to our home so that we could get out! Would not accept any tip as we were certainly very happy to see him. Who does this anymore! Just wanted to say thanks and let everyone know that they went above and beyond the call of duty and we wont ever shop anywhere else for parts! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Great to know the

Friendly employees even the little dog lol. Always have what ya need and if not usually can have it next day which is great to. Thanks NAPA.. Always the place to stop at for my parts. It's the know how way make yours to at Grantsville MD location open most days later then everyone else as well which makes things easier on me and the jobs I do. Five stars from this guy.

Came up to vacation a few hours from home. Truck lost all oil pressure off rt68. Didnt have AAA and just needed oil. Called and asked if we could get some assistance from this location. Not only did they have great prices on parts, they were able to get the oil to me and >10min after we spoke on the phone. Ill drive 40min out of the way just to visit this location. Extremely friendly and beyond helpful!
