These guys were great! Quick, honest, and got us off the side of the road and back on our way. They replaced a u joint and cleaned up a drive shaft on a dually towing 20k pounds, all in a couple hours!

We took our truck to him and Roy to diagnose a cabin fan problem. The fan would come on and off by itself and would blow a fuse when it was on high. A day or so later he called and said the truck was complete, but would not give us a total over the phone, nor did he call and tell us what he figured out and how much it would cost. When we got there he hit us with a bill 1450, we about passed out. Claiming that he had to remove the entire fuse box and clean it, recap the wires as they entered the fuse box. We were upset with the amount without consulting with us at first, then told him we couldn't pay it all at once, he got upset and changed his attitude. A week later, we had the same problem. I was traveling through the area and needed to have my front axle replaced before we could continue our trip. Owner was very accommodating and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was friendly and showed us exactly what was wrong and what he did to repair our car. Wish we lived closer so we could return for service again. Highly recommend!

We were 3 hours into a trip to Wisconsin for my rather unhealthy husband, my son, and I to meet his daughter and grandchildren. It was 7:30 on a Friday night, and I had no idea what I was going to do. Chad let me bring my vehicle to him, took us to a hotel, looked at the vehicle the next morning and made a recommendation, and picked us up from the hotel to take us to a car rental place so we could still do our trip. I can’t say enough positive things about Elite Auto Diesel. I was stranded halfway between home and my destination (150 miles from home) towing a 40 ft horse trailer with a horse and two dogs. They responded to my 1st (yes, I had more than one) distress call quickly and professionally and had me back underway in record time. Even checked to make sure everything was ok when I was back on the road. My second distress call came on my return home (different problem). Again, they took great care of me and my pet crew while diagnosing the problem and helping me determine the best approach to fixing and were extremely patient while I figured out how to get home while my truck and trailer took up their entire shop.
