I appreciate this store for its excellent customer service, fair prices, and convenient parking.
Napa has things for your cars and if one don't have it .they call around to find it.
Horrible service. Ordered parts from them, parts were supposed to arrive at the store the following morning. Never received a call from them telling me my order was in. Stopped in after work to pick up my parts just to find out my parts were never ordered. Staff is incompetent. Would never recommend them to anyone. It just sucks that NAPA is my preferred store to shop at. This store just sucks.
So far so good. The folks there are real pros and always willing to help. They even had some bushings I was sent there after watching a YouTube how to video.
This Napa has very helpful and friendly people. I love going to this one
