I have finally had enough of the miserable counter man at this location, once again he couldn’t be bothered to look up a part for me. I have never seen such customer so poor. The other counter person Steve is always helpful however he wasn’t at the counter today. I will take my business elsewhere. I will try to contact the owner to report this.

Steve is incredibly knowledge in regards to the products they offer and the time it takes to acquire them. We are very fortunate to have them here in our community. He even carries some tools and hardware which are very helpful as there is not a hardware store.

I hate to write a a low review here because the customer service was great. I went to store for an alternator and belt for a Ford ranger. The alternator was available the next day, I got the parts. Their system recommended the wrong sized belt, I exchanged it for another belt, wrong size again, got belt at different store, no problems . After installing, the truck "ran", battery kept dying, something above my mechanical ability was wrong. Brought to garage , apparently the alternator was defective and wired wrong. The customer service was great but I'd rather have a dirt bag sell me the right parts. Now I have to pay a garage for something I should of fixed myself. Thanks napa.

Small local store, friendly service. One frustration is the the NAPA website may list things as available that aren't. That's a franchise problem though, not this stores problem.
