NAPA Auto Parts - Hollister Auto Parts

Couple weeks back I went in for a Fuel Injector Coil for our Volvo. I believe the associate name was Tyler. He was extremely kind and checked to see if the part would be delivered the same day. Sure enough it was and he had it prepped and ready for me after he called and much cheaper than the OEM. I highly recommend Napa and Napa Parts as a cheaper and reliable compared to OEM. Absolutely stellar employees! Helped me out after losing a wiper blade in the storm. Not too big of a deal but they helped me after a panic moment and sent me back on my way. THANK YOU

NAPA is the only auto part store in Hollister that has a replacement flasher (fuse) for my ‘91 Ford Ranger. For that I’m very thankful!

Don’t waste your time dealing with this store! Bad service trying to exchange a three month old defective battery that has a three year warranty. I brought the battery in because it would not hold a charge from day one. They told me that I would have to bring it back fully charged. So I fully charged it with a charger I bought from them, and brought it back fully charged. Guess what? Then they said I would have to bring it back after it has died so they can tell what the problem is. Really?? The salesman said that they are a mom & pop owned business and can’t just make exchanges. Really? This is a $319. Optima Red top Battery with a three year warranty. Poor quality old stock I’m guessing. The battery tested only 64% brand new and will never hold a charge above that. The guys who work here are great. This is the third place I called today to find a battery, and by far the most helpful. I spoke to Phillip , very friendly, he assured me he had the battery I needed in stock. When I went into the store, all three gentleman greeted me and we're friendly and smiling. They noticed I had a AAA card in my wallet and told me they could offer me a discount using it!! I saved an additional $13! Thank you for the great customer service!
