Customer Reviews
I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and the gentleman assisted me in making a purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that I was totally satisfied before I left the store. I will be back very soon.
Best staff in a parts store. They take care of their customers.
There isn't anything these guys don't have can get!
These guys are much more knowledgeable than a lot of the people at competitor stores like Auto Zone/Advance/etc. Their prices aren't bad at all. They seemed to go the extra mile to explain and verify things. Will definitely be coming here more.
This is always my 1st stop for auto parts. The guys are very knowledgeable and the prices are good. If they don't have the parts you need, they can get them shipped in. Only con is they do not offer machining services like turning rotors. Will continue to utilize this NAPA store and their other location in Cortland, Ohio.
