Lazy and rude new staff. 6 people sitting on their phones every time I come inside. Store is always dirty, no one ever asks if you need help. Staff always have an attitude when you check out or need to order parts.
Very helpful! The guy wasn't sure which belt I needed for my cavalier so he went ahead and ordered the other one just in case to be picked up the next day if needed. It ended being the right belt. Very pleasant experience. I wish I could remember his name.
We called numerous places trying to find hood shocks for an older Buick. No one could get them but NAPA. When we had difficulty installing them, Blue, the assistant manager took time out of his schedule to make sure they were installed correctly. This is now our go to auto parts store!
This is a great place to find the auto parts that you need and there prices are very reasonable
Always a super experience at this store! You never walk out without the right stuff 👍
