NAPA Auto Parts - Indianola

Two words, Customer Service. I don't like to leave negative comments but NAPA earned this one. A female NAPA representative listened to our family situation which was that my wife travelled home to Iowa, from Virginia, to help her elderly mother (89). I am a day and a half out driving from Virginia, and asked if NAPA could test the battery in my Mother-in-Law's car. She said they could. I shared my thoughts that the battery may just need the terminals cleaned and asked if they could check and clean, and then retest, if needed. If the battery were to test bad my wife would just buy a battery. I asked if NAPA could replace it. I also shared my wife is not able to change the battery herself. The NAPA rep himmed and hawed about my request, and then she stated, "We will take care of he

The employees are friendly, are not pushy or know-it-alls. U was needing ti add freon to my AC, i was informed needed an adaptor to use my gauges. I purchased the adaptor only upon trying top refill my AC the hose leaked at the fitting Freon sprayed all over the car. i quickly shut off the valve. Went inside only to learn i was sold the wrong part, should never been sold to me. I asked for sa refund no it was used. I will from now on do my homework and shop at he store less.
