Stopped in to pick up an engine filter & cabin filter. Adviser told me there were 2 engine filter choices, I chose the least expensive one. When home and realized he had given me both engine filters. Had to make another trip back to get cabin filter. A waste of my time and poor customer service( receipt said Sales rep 2176 Renee). I will never go back.

I dont write bad reviews I bought a battery a month ago went away for two weeks ,when I came home the battery was so dead it wouldnt even jumpstart.Ok so you get a bad battery ,thats one thing but to tell me they could do nothing for me unless I return it was not right.I spoke to the owner and he told me he would stop by in an hour to change it which was very nice of him.After waiting 4 hours I called the store to see what was up and if the owner was still coming.I was told after holding on the line for 20 mins he left the store and never showed at my place. A good thing Jody stepped up and came at 6:20 to change my battery out , He's the only reason I'm giving 1 star!

Needed a battery. The attendant quickly came out, tested my battery and showed me that it was half dead, not strong enough to start the car. Went inside and purchased my new battery. He came out and replaced it for me. No asking for phone numbers or extra information as some of the other stores do. Very pleased, I was out with a new battery in less than 10 minutes.

Extremely helpful and good selection of parts, even had an aluminum quick connect for my truck's heater hose so I won't have to deal with another plastic one.
