Hey guys at Napa me and my friend brought in our battery this morning we are like 10 mins away are you.still the I hope so

I had a great experience buying a battery here the day before a big road trip to Vermont. Due to Vermont's strict quarantine requirements during the pandemic, I'm not supposed to be indoors running errands and such. I called to ask if I could do a curbside pickup, install the battery myself in the parking lot, and they were more than happy to bring the battery outside, so I made the order online. Within minutes, I got a call from them that unfortunately the battery I picked was out of stock and normally wouldn't be in until the next day. However, he knew that I was leaving the next morning (today) and sent up an employee to another store to pick up the battery for me. Left it outside for me to install, and picked up my old battery and refunded my core charge all without having to step insi

Tried to inquire about a hub assembly and was told “can’t help you on that one” and then hung up on. I called Orielly and Advance who both had them, but I like that napa and have been going for years. I’m willing to bet they could in fact find what I was looking for. Oh well. I guess I’ll spend 400+ dollars at oriellys. Really good store otherwise.

Don’t shop at Napa. They are all separately owned and their systems aren’t linked. If you have to return something you have to return it to the Napa you bought it at. I happen to buy something on the interstate in the middle of Virginia and now can’t return it. Also they can’t look up things that you bought at another nappas.

It's a local NAPA Auto Parts Store. What else can I say, great service, willing to order what you need, I've also been going here for years for a very good reason. I wrote about it above.
