Outstanding customer service! I had a strange situation with an online order a few months old. Mike and Leah took care of me. No long wait times. No call hold music or automated systems. Good old-fashioned service. Get in, get out, get going. This is a company that truly values its customers. I would recommend NAPA Auto Parts to anybody.
The people that work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. We live out of town but my mother lives close. My husband fixed her car and the guys at the store were a great help to him.
Completely unprofessional. Closed early all the time! Say they have parts in stock when they don’t then when you show up to get the part they are rude. Go to AutoZone way better.
Not much to say. It’s convenient, they have parts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Happy to have them in the community
