Had a very good experience everybody in the store was great!!! The lady that works there I do believe her name is Jessica Helped me and my husband out and was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn’t have the part in store that we needed, but she worked hard on finding it and had it for us the very next morning for us to pick it up. We will most definitely be going back!

Never open on Time. Given the run around 3 separate times about a part. Finally went elsewhere

Bought $500 alternator from the Jackson,ga on 3rd street. I didn't work. After calling the next day and waiting on hold for over 15 mins I was hung up on. When I called back and the guy rude answer the phone again he had attitude I ask about having the alternator tested and he rudely stated they can only test it on the car! Well hey genius how will that work if my alternator will not charge my battery to start my car to get it there. Rude and dumb.

Great customer service from the whole staff friendly and does what it takes to take care of the customer

Had a need to stop by yesterday. I am not from this town and was passing through. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They found me the part I needed and had me on my way asap. If you have a need to stop by don't pass this Napa by. Thank you.
