NAPA Auto Parts

This is the worst store I have ever gone to. Very unprofessional. My husband and I have gone in there so many times to order parts. First of all, when you tell them the part you need, they have no clue what you are talking about. You have to locate it yourself on your phone and then show them. Then they order it and tell you when to come in. Then you go in, they act like they have never spoken to you before and then to top it off, they do not have the parts that you ordered because they never ordered it. Never, have I ever seen this before. Hell, Walmart does way better than this store. I don't recommend this location.

My go to place for quality parts and parts knowledge. Buy on line, get a good discount and pick up when ready. The guys are always more than helpful and know more than I do, which is always appreciated. Has that old time auto parts store feel. They always find your items quickly, and that says a lot compared to some auto stores.

These guys are great. I believe Michael was the name of the fella who helped me. Just friendly and knowledgeable. I always drive past the other guys to go to NAPA. They are better every time!
