Got a new battery here. I think it was Amber that quickly replaced my battery while I waited. Great service!

It's an older store, but adequately stocked. I ordered online and arrived to find my order already pulled and ready for pickup. I was also able to use my discounts and picked up a couple of items I didn't realize I needed until I was already there.

I had an issue and Logan went above and beyond to help and solve it. Thank you so very much.

AMAZING customer service! Not only did they help me figure what what parts I needed and tried to help me get the best price, but they were SO patient to my two year old son who wanted to see and touch everything! They even gave him a hot wheels while we waited for him to play with! We will be back!!

A big thank you to the ladies at the Counter.. Alexis and Jenny have been absolutely the biggest help EVER! Very friendly and polite and so helpful. They are very good at their Job as well.. Anytime I need help with anything I know I can call and speak to one of these girls. They are also both very knowledgeable and I recommend if you need a part for your can or have any questions about anything, Call Napa in Kernersville...
