we are very disappointed that Frank no longer works at NAPA
They had the brake caliper I needed. On top of that I was able to verify fitment in the parking lot before purchase. Broad selection of tools and supplies, highly recommend!
Called today to see if a part I ordered a week ago had come in. "No record or anything of that." 10 minutes on hold to hear that they didn't order the part or even write it down. Conversation ended with the rep hanging up on me. Plenty of other auto parts stores in the area. Avoid this one.
Had to pickup parts for my personal vehicle today, Damien was super helpful! Got us what we needed and saved me money, always nice people there.
Needed oil for an oil guzzling engine on my way to NYC. I use their brand oil and filters for my oil changes so no brainer. I've stopped in a few more times since my initial review for oil and filters plus other odds and ends.
