NAPA Auto Parts - Kingston Auto Supply

Went to return a tank I bought back in October. I have the receipt and I put it back in the box all because the box was a little ripped up. They refused to return it or help me get the right tank and then continue to blame me why I gave him the wrong information which I didn’t I said 6 foot bed not for 8 foot and the gas tank is not cheap. And especially do not do business there with Mike Fisher because he will blame you for giving him the wrong information when that shouldn’t be a problem. You should return it and help get the right part. All they told me was the owner is gonna be here tomorrow you can come back. No it shouldn’t be that way AutoZone Has a better return policy I will no longer be doing business at Napa in Kingston, New York Ps and on top of that, they told me if I installe

Rude and unhelpful. My brother and I were on a motorcycle trip from NC and stopped by here to fix a brake issue on one of our bikes. The fellow behind the counter acted like it was a major inconvenience, even though 3 other employees were sitting idly in an otherwise empty store. We had to ask him multiple times to even look for a part we were needing. If you’re looking for compassionate and earnest customer service, look elsewhere.

Fantastic. These guys were great to deal with. Todd and Mark are top notch with customer service and friendlines.. they helped me with NAPA parts that needed to be covered under warranty. The parts were not even purchased at this particular facility but purchased on the west coast in oregon. I will drive out of my way to go and support this local privately owned business. Great job guys

Walked in asking, nicely, for fuses for my Honda with make and model. They wouldn't even be bothered looking up what I needed. So I went out to get the book, and while the book had amp, not fuse size. Workers at the store couldn't be bothered to help look it up.

Such a considerate group of folks over there. I ordered an urgently needed part online and they were able to get the part in early and before a holiday so I wouldn’t miss a day and called to let me know. Wonderful!
