Stephan is refusing to replace a car battery under the 3 year manufacturer’s warranty because he is seeing a 1 year warranty on some NAPA site. Very strange that all the other NAPA reps I have spoken with have confirmed this battery has a 3 year warranty. When I said he is obligated to honor the manufacturer’s warranty, he told me to “have my lawyer contact him.”
This NAPA is great! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they always have anything I need in stock. High quality parts at a great price! I moved to Morris County and I still drive to Newton to get my parts from Stephen and the Newton NAPA team. They treat their customers well and they know and stock parts for all makes and models. My #1 choice for auto parts!
